Variety:  Grenache red.

Young, ecologic and vegan wine.


During the monh of September, at the optimum time and with careful control of ripening, the vine are selected. After which, they are harvested so that healthy grapes arrive in the best condition ready for their preparation.


Cold maceration for 4 to 6 hours, subsequent bleeding of the must with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC, for about two weeks. Subsequently, the wine is aged with lees in a vat for two months. Further aging with lees then takes place in stainless steel vats for about three months.

Tasting notes

      • Visual: Pale pink in colour with bright coral overtones.
      • Olfactory: Delicious notes of sweet red frutis with an accent of Mediterranean herbs.
      • Taste: Its taste and creaminess can be appreciated, accompained by a pleasent freshness. It gives us a charming and a well balanced sensation on the tongue. This wine has a long and persistent aftertaste.
