Location: Municipality of Batea, 379 meters above sea level.
Variety: 50% Red grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Carinyena.
Young, ecologic and vegan wine.
After a careful control of ripening, the best vines are selected and, at the optimum time, in mid-September/October, the grapes are harvested in the best conditions for the subsequent making of the wine.
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 22-25ºC, for about three weeks.
