Our soil produces grapes in our vineyards that are grown by ecologic farming.

After all these years of sustainable work with the land we have reached our objective, the earth is much recovered, we have reduced mechanical work and have eliminated chemical fertilizers.

This, in turn, has allowed us to de-compact the soil which increases the earth’s conductivity, thus improving the natural macrobiota of the earth. At the same time, incresing the nutrition of the soil, making it more resistant to diseases and climate change.

A healthier vine will undoubtedly produce fuller grapes and, as our Oenologist says, a more harmonious production will eventually give us very expressive wines.
