During the month of September the best vines are selected and when the grapes are at the optimum time of ripeness, the fruit is collected.

Cold maceration for 4 to 6 hours, subsequent bleeding of the must with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, for about two weeks. Subsequently, the wine is aged with lees in a vat for two months. Further aging with lees then takes place in stainless steel vats for about three months.

Tasting note

Visual: Pale pink in colour with bright coral overtones.

Olfactory: Delicious notes of sweet red fruits with an accent of Mediterranean herbs.

Taste: Its taste and creaminess can be appreciated, accompanied by a pleasant freshness. It gives us a charming and a well balanced sensation on the tongue. This wine has a long and persistent aftertaste.

Pairing: Celler Arrufí Corritjola combines with salads, fish and seafood, cheeses, meats and some dessert.
