During the month of September the best vines are selected and when the grapes are at the optimum time of ripeness, the fruit is collected.
Cold maceration for 4 to 6 hours, subsequent bleeding of the must with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, for about two weeks. Subsequently, the wine is aged with lees in a vat for two months. Further aging with lees then takes place in stainless steel vats for about three months.

Visual: Clean and bright pale pink colour.
Olfactory: Elegant red strawberry aromas and notes with a floral finish.
Taste: On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with notes of pomegranate and very elegant citrus touches, with a finish that invites you to drink.
