During the month of September the best vines are selected and when the grapes are at the optimum time of ripeness, the fruit is collected.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for about two weeks. After, the wine is further aged with lees in a stainless steel wine vat for three months.

Tasting note

Visual: Visually, in the glass, PANICAL 2022 is a brilliant white Garnacha, with grayish notes and lemony touches.

Olfactory: Balsamic aromas come out on the nose, notes of white fruit, fennel, and spicy notes too, it is elegant on the olfactory level, which we can intuit that in the mouth we will find a very sweet wine that will surprise.

Taste: On the palate, it is fresh, with notes of white fruit, with a balsamic point and with menthol notes that make it very special, a wine that is balanced and has a long aftertaste. As it opens up, notes of Mediterranean herbs emerge; in short, it is a fresh and elegant wine, a unique Garnacha that has a long mid-term.

Pairing: Celler Arrufí Panical combines with seafood, pasta dishes, fish, paella and white meat.
