During the month of September the best vines are selected and when the grapes are at the optimum time of ripeness, the fruit is collected.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for about two weeks. After, the wine is further aged with lees in a stainless steel wine vat for three months.

Young, organic and vegan wine.


Tasting note

Visual: Lemon in colour with a brilliant green sheen.

Olfactory: It is intense on the nose, with notes of tropical fruits and slight aromas of Merditerranean herbs.

Taste: A full bodied wine, combined with acidity and a varietal structure which is brought together on the palate. Again, there are citrus and floral notes. This is a generous and elegant wine which lingers on the tongue. It has a balanced acidity and a long, persistent aftertaste.

Pairing: Celler Arrufí Panical combines with seafood, pasta dishes, fish, paella and white meat.
