During the month of September, the best vines are selected and when the grapes are at optimum time of ripeness, the fruit is collected.


Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC for about two weeks. After, the wine is further aged with lees in a stainless steel wine vat for three months.

Tasting notes

    • Visual: Lemon in colour with a briliant sheen.
    • Olfactory: it’s intense on the nose, with notes of tropical fruits and slight aromas of Mediterranean herbs.
    • Taste: A full bodied wine, combined with acidity and a varietal structure which is brought together on the palate. Again, there are citrus and floral notes. This is a generous and elegant wine which lingers on the tongue. It has a balanced acidity and a long, persistent aftertaste
